Returns and exchanges
We want you to love your cubbë. If there's a problem, here's how we can help.
How to return an item
Returns are processed through your Shopify account — no need to email us first.
- Visit your Customer Account and open the relevant order
- Select the item you'd like to return and submit a return request
- We'll review and approve within 2 business days with instructions on next steps
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back within 7 days of delivery
Faulty or damaged items
If your Cubbë arrives damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing fault, please email hello@cubbe.co.nz within 7 days of delivery.
To help us assess your claim, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we'll advise the next steps and arrange a suitable resolution.
Change of mind returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchases
- Preference changes after delivery
Please review product descriptions and dimensions carefully before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
If your item has a manufacturing fault or arrives damaged, we'll work with you to provide a replacement where appropriate.
Sale items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing fault.
