Returns & Refunds Policy

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your Cubbë arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Email: sales@cubbë.co.nz with:

       Your order number

       Photos clearly showing the fault or damage

We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund - your choice.

Change of Mind Returns

       Accepted within 14 days of delivery.

       Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

       Return shipping is at the customer’s cost.

       A 2% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

How to Return an Item

1.    Email us at sales@cubbë.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.

2.    We’ll send you the return address and instructions.

3.    Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund (excluding original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fee) within 5 business days. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.Payment processing depends on your payment provider. Please contact your bank if you haven't received your refund within 5 to 7 business days. 

 

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this stage. Simply return your item for a refund and place a new order. We’re happy to help with product advice before you reorder - just get in touch.

Sale & Clearance Items

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged. If you’re unsure whether an item is final sale, please check the product listing or contact us before purchasing.
