Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

We ship via NZ Post / CourierPost to urban and suburban addresses across New Zealand. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

       Urban areas: 2–3 business days

       Suburban areas: 3–5 business days

These are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or due to courier disruptions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. The exact amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to deliver to:

       PO Boxes

       Rural delivery addresses (RD addresses)

       International addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is a standard street address. Orders placed with an ineligible address may be delayed or cancelled, and we’ll contact you to resolve it.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your parcel at nzpost.co.nz or via the NZ Post app.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of your dispatch confirmation, or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@cubbë.co.nz with your order number and we’ll investigate with the courier and make it right.
